The Bryant Park Summer Film Festival continues tonight at sunset with a screening of Howard Hawks’ The Thing (1952).
The film tells the story of scientists fending off a murderous alien creature while snowbound at a remote government outpost. We’ve seen it and its even scarier than the gory remake from 1982.
Free to the public, get there way early. No chairs or plastic sheets, please.
