Bowie by Keanan Duffty

We’re totally jazzed for the next Keanan Duffty for Target collection for men. Target tends to overlook the guys when it comes to their designer collaborations (not that we didn’t buy some Libertine anyway!), but this collection more than makes up for it.

Inspired by rock icon David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust period, the collection includes jeans with lightning bolts on the pockets, close-cropped vests and a black trenchcoat. So right for fall.

Debuts in October in select Target stores.

Dress Up On the Cheap

We know that Target is the ultimate is mass-market satisfaction, but who knew they could also serve your formal occasion needs? While perusing the Target.com site for dryer sheets and lined notebooks, we came across their great selection of men’s tuxedos. Cheaper than renting once a year and if you take it to a good tailor, it will fit as well as a designer piece.

Mossimo For Target Swim Trunks

We love a retro swim costume. These Mossimo trunks remind us of lazy summer days in the 70’s, riding our wooden skateboard down the hill (sitting because we were afraid of falling), wearing checkerboard Vans and OP t-shirts.

The best part about these trunks is that Mossimo has eschewed the longer Kevin Federline length that most shorts and swim trunks come in– this shorter length comes just to the knees. Great for anyone with gams to show off or in need of a little visual height.

Libertine For Target

Target is releasing their latest designer collaboration in the GO: International Flights of Fashion project. This time, the folks at Libertine, who’ve been knocked off many times over at Target, are presenting a women’s range featuring their signature motifs of skulls, bats and Gothic-lite.

We’ll be raiding the ladies’ department for the skull-print argyle vest, just $24.99. We might be daring enough to do the embroidered shorts!
